About Me
Like you, I'm a work in progress. I don't know what reaching "the end" of that would look like, and I'm not sure I want to. I'm not ready to be done with the living of life, and that means growth and the occasional trials that accompany it. Now, I may not be seeking an endpoint, but I am certainly seeking ways to live this life with greater ease and grace, with trust in myself, in healthy relationship to others, in service to community and in a way which offers the kind of depth and meaning that can turn the whole process of living into a gift of learning and evolution. In my journey from co-dependence, anxiety and depression, I've drawn from many resources: cognitive behavioral approaches, acceptance and commitment, internal family system (IFS) models, insight meditation and mindfulness practices, narrative coaching, non-violent communication, trauma-informed and patient centered care protocols and of course, working with other Helpers, such as therapists, teachers and coaches.
