Coaching is an opportunity to gain clarity about your motives, drives and desires, clearing a path toward meeting even the most ambitious goals.

 

As your coach, I offer partnership in helping you move toward your vision of greater health and well-being.  Our time together will provide you with a supportive, collaborative and empowering opportunity to create goals that align with your values, harness your strengths and provide a clear vision of the future that today’s goals are curating.

What to Expect

Each coaching session is unique and guided by your needs in the moment.  Our sessions offer you an opportunity to explore your goals, what drives you, what inspires you and, yes, obstacles you may face.

We'll create a space free from judgement, expectation and preconceived notions in which you'll be able to explore these topics in a new and unhindered way.

Perhaps you've tried to make changes before.

We will explore what can make this time different. 

Following each session I provide a detailed summary of the highlights and a-ha moments, reflections of what you've shared, and the goals you've chosen to focus on.  Clients find this a helpful way to reconnect with the clarity they attained during our sessions.

Is Coaching Right For Me?

Coaching is a resource to help you identify strategies for change and to provide supportive accountability along the way.

Coaches cannot do the work for you, but having a coach beside you can certainly make it easier, more focused and more successful.

Coaching has proven beneficial for those who are:

Before working with Michele, I had started to make some positive changes in my health and fitness, but I worried about getting them to stick. I had struggled in the past with consistency. But, I also wanted to take some of my efforts to the next level. Throughout the time we worked together, Michele was an expert at guiding me towards the questions that mattered to my success.
